Moments with my daughters

hugs and kisses,        precious treasures each moment dear,
            in my hands,
like a pausing butterfly, dancing on a leaf or flower,
 all I have is half an hour,
to listen, read, or tell a tale...
          oh too soon a wedding veil,
Time Please Stop! 
let me breathe,
      each breath alone,
 breathe long,
     breathe deep. 
soon memories like precious stones,
shall fill my empty, worn hands, as tenderly I hold,
the days, the stories, the time I had with my daughters.
